Section 23
EFFECTIVENESS OF MORTGAGE AGREEMENT

(1) The mortgage agreement shall be in the form of a record. A mortgage agreement can be kept in the form of one or more records. (2) Except as otherwise provided in this Act, the terms of the mortgage agreement shall be applicable to the parties to the agreement, including the mortgagee, creditor and lien holder. (3) A mortgage agreement with one or more mortgage rights. may be related.
